Paul Duma – Founder & CEO
Paul has nearly a decade of IT experience specializing in support, system troubleshooting, team management, performance metric achievement, and vendor coordination. He has a proven track record of identifying and implementing solutions to resolve company-wide issues. His primary goal is to ensure smooth IT operations and enable clients to reach their full potential.
Adrian Pintilie – IT Domain Architect
Adrian is an expert in architectural and operational technology with extensive experience in data communications for medium and large enterprises. He excels in delivering high-availability, low-latency enterprise communications solutions across various network fabrics for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid applications. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, Adrian ensures projects meet deadlines. In the past three years, he has focused on enhancing cybersecurity, fostering a security-aware culture, developing frameworks, identifying security gaps, and tailoring cybersecurity strategies to customer needs.
Eric Stratton – Senior Technician
Eric has extensive experience as an IT professional, having worked in various roles such as IT project management, technical account management, server administration and support, network engineering, and project plan development and execution. His expertise encompasses infrastructure, automation, monitoring, and scaling. Additionally, Eric has a strong background in team leadership, business strategy, and optimizing departmental and company performance.
